The project coordi- nators must not only discuss harvest techniques, recipes and preservation methods with the women, but also how the products can be promoted on the local market and how important it is to preserve them in order to keep alive the techniques and traditions that can be a source of social libera- tion and help protect a fragile and deli- cateenvironment.47Find out moreThe Gran Chaco Wild Fruits Presidium is supported by IFAD and Slow Food. For more information: www.ifad.org and www.slowfoodfoundation.com
